Sunoit Phenylsilane Series -High Purity Silicone Intermediates

The Phenylsilane Product Line under the Organosilicon Division of Sunoit Chemical includes four major series: phenylchlorosilanes, phenylalkoxysilanes, phenylcyclosiloxanes, and phenylhydroxysilanes.

Phenylchlorosilanes (including phenyltrichlorosilane and diphenyldichlorosilane) serve as fundamental raw materials for synthesizing phenyl-containing organosilicon products, significantly enhancing high-and low-temperature resistance, radiation resistance, weatherability, and refractive index. Phenylalkoxysilanes (such as phenyltrimethoxysilane and phenyltriethoxysilane) are widely used as crosslinking agents for silicone resins, raw materials for phenyl silicone oils and rubbers, and as surface treatment agents for inorganic fillers to improve dispersion and compatibility in polymers. Phenylcyclosiloxanes, represented by octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane, are key monomers for synthesizing high-performance phenyl silicone rubbers and oils. Through ring-opening polymerization, they yield phenyl-containing silicone materials with outstanding high-temperature and radiation resistance, finding extensive applications in high-end fields such as aerospace, nuclear industry, and electronic appliances. Phenylhydroxysilanes (e.g., triphenylsilanol) serve as important organosilicon intermediates for the synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates and other polymer compounds.
