The product is applied to the steel belt surface and delivers dual functionality: as a forming agent, it helps shape molten sulfur into uniform, well-defined hemispherical pellets, improving product appearance and consistency; as a release agent, it forms an ultra-thin separating film between the sulfur pellets and the steel belt, ensuring clean, effortless separation after solidification without sticking or residue.
The unique Si-O-Si backbone of silicone molecules imparts extremely low surface tension and excellent chemical inertness. This ensures stability upon contact with high-temperature molten sulfur, with no decomposition or migration. The isolating film also effectively suppresses dust generation caused by friction during pellet release and conveying, significantly reducing dust levels in the granulation workshop, improving the working environment, and lowering dust explosion risks.
