Amino silicone emulsion SiEM-2949

Description

SUNSIL™ SiEM-2949 is a cationic amino silicone micro-emulsion with active content around 35%. The emulsion is mainly used in formulation for hair care products (such as hair conditioner, shampoo, styling agent and hair dye). SiEM-2949 is easy to add to the formula and has excellent dilution stability and temperature stability.
