Fire Fighting Foam Fluoro Surfactant FC-337

Description

FC-337 is a fluorinated surfactant designed for alcohol-resistant firefighting foam agents. It imparts excellent foam stability to alcohol-resistant firefighting foam agents, enabling them to withstand fires initiated by polar organic solvents such as alcohols, ketones, and ethers. FC-337 is miscible with water. Due to its low molecular weight, FC-337 is particularly suitable to formulate low-viscosity alcohol-resistant firefighting foam agents.

FC-337 can be used in various alcohol-resistant foam fire extinguishing agent formulations, including alcohol-resistant aqueous film-forming foam (AR-AFFF) and alcohol-resistant film-forming fluoroprotein (AR-FFFP).
