LSR for coating use SNY-L9120

Description

SNY-L9120-35A/B is a two-component heat cure LSR, with excellent adhesion to woven and non-woven substrates, cotton fabric, etc. The ratio of A and B component is flexible to adjust.

Use guide

Strictly control percentageof A and B with ratio 1:1 when mixing, time of vulcanization depends on manufacturing and thickness of products. It should be adjusted according to different situation. Recommended curing temperature is 120℃ to 150℃.Avoid mix product s with nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and tin, etc. These materials may affect or stop vulcanization.

• 20kg per barrel, standard plastic barrel, with special plastic bag inside.

• 200kg per barrel, the standard metal barrel, with special plastic bag inside.
