Description

SiMB-01 is ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in polyurethane elastomer. Due to its particle form, it is easy to be added in the production process. Ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane has better dispersion.

Application

SiMB-01 is suitable for directly injection molding, extrusion and blown film after mixing with the plastic particles. With improved processing fluidity and reduced torque, it enhances the production efficiency, effectively improve surface gloss when extrusion, reduce die drool and enhance touch feel along with improve the mold filling ability and mold release properties. Due to decreased COF and abrasion, it enhances mechanical performance of materials. With low migration and no exudation, it will not affect printing and coating properties. SiMB-01 can be used with all known additives, and being used together with fillers can promote the filler dispersion.
