Description

SNY-245 is a medium viscosity alkyl and aryl modified silicone fluid，similar to SNY-240 fluid, SNY-245 owns good lubricity, mold release, hydrophobicity, compatibility with silicone fluids and mineral oils. .With introduction of phenyl group, SNY-245 has better heat-resistance and abrasion resistance compared with SNY-240.

Application

SNY-245 is used for the formulation of release agents for thermal molding of rubber, plastics and low-melting nonferrous metals. It is superior to conventional silicone fluids when the finished parts are subsequently to be painted, printed, coated or bonded. Especially for:
