SNY-245D is an alkyl aryl modified polysiloxane. It features better heat resistance and compatibility compared with regular long chain alkyl aryl silicone oil.

Application

SNY-245D is used for the formulation of release agents for thermal molding of rubber, plastics and low-melting nonferrous metals. It is superior to conventional silicone fluids when the finished parts are subsequently to be painted, printed, coated or bonded. Especially for:

• Polyurethane Processing

• Paint & Plastic Polishes

• Light Alloy Die-casting

SNY-245D can be also used for formulation of hair care and skin care products to improve lubricity and spreading ability.
