Silicone hydrophobic emulsion SiFS-E66

Description

SiFS-E66 is a silicone based aqueous hydrophobic emulsion for automotive paint and glass surfaces use. SiFS-E66 reduces the wetting angle of water droplets on glass and paint surfaces, creates a uniform and durable hydrophobic film. It also enhance the gloss and color depth of the paint.

How to Use

SiFS-E66 is ready to use or diluted with water before use. A dilution ratio of 1:3 to 1:5 is generally recommended. To ensure the stability of the dilution, use water with a hardness of less than 20°dH. Stir thoroughly before dilution, the dilution shall be used up within 72 hours. Application methods include spraying, wiping, brushing, rolling, and dipping. The specific dilution ratio and method depends on actual conditions. A a pilot test is necessary to for optimal concentration or method before large-scale use.

Recommendation: Maintain continuous low-speed stirring during use of the SiFS-E66 dilution to ensure even dispersion.
